Pakistan’s Defense Minister has confirmed that five Indian fighter jets were shot down during rising military tensions between the two countries.
He spoke to ARY News and said the jets were brought down, but he did not share details about which types of aircraft were involved.
Earlier, ARY News had reported that Pakistan shot down 3 Indian jets—three Rafales, one MiG-29, and one Su-30. But the Defense Minister corrected them and said the actual number is five Indian jets.
